Robert Hunnicutt

Robert has an extensive background in commercial, residential and mechanical construction. A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Robert has been a widely respected figure in Virginia’s construction industry for 30 years. He embodies our no-nonsense determination for excellence, client satisfaction, and timely completion. Robert serves as our director of business development.

Brett Hunnicutt

Brett, who joined the company in 2000, serves as a senior project manager. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a major in Business Management and Business Construction, Brett's expertise is evident in his superior project management, as well as his estimating and sales roles.  His decades of hands-on contracting experience ensure a positive experience in all aspects of the construction process for clients with projects of all sizes.

Michael Emmons

Mike brings to Hunnicutt Construction eight years’ experience in the construction field. A VCU graduate, Mike’s keen attention to detail and focus on meticulous craftsmanship stems from his woodworking hobby. “I try to give our clients the same care I would want on my own project,” he says. “I enjoy surpassing expectations and seeing businesses thrive in the spaces we create. It’s very satisfying.”

James Dillon

JD has worked in construction since 2012 and joined Hunnicutt Construction in 2017. His talent for creative problem solving and client communication is apparent in his solid track record of success. “Staying in touch with our customers, really understanding their priorities and being responsive to their needs is key.”
